RENOWNED INDIE ROCK DUO RETURNS TO EKKO AFTER FIFTEEN YEARS
British indie rock duo Blood Red Shoes return to EKKO after fifteen years as part of their European tour. With Steven Ansell on drums and vocals and Laura-Mary Carter on guitar and vocals, the two still produce quite a deluge of sound full of catchy riffs. After the well-received debut album ‘Box of Secrets’ from 2008, the duo has not been idle: after four more albums, their most recent album ‘Ghosts on Tape’ was released in early 2022, with which they will conquer our stage this year.

The alt-pop trio CIEL is based in Brighton, but has members from the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. They have released three new singles in 2022 with both grungy and dreamy sounds.
