Cosmid
Formed in January 2015, Cosmid is celebrating their first year of rocking the scene and what a year it has been! The 4 piece indie rock band based in Amsterdam that was formed from a collection of Dutch, German, and American musicians from a variety of backgrounds. Cosmid combines its minimalistic style with exotic rhythms to produce a distinctive swampy, organic sound.
Mango Zabba
This new psychedelic rockband is formed by putting together musicians from various bands, such as Wilson, The Shelters and Pauw. Started in late spring 2015, this musical orgy between the members started and quickly began to take form; playing live at various places such as Magneet Festival and Jannarock Festival (where the band won an award for best band). Inspired by Pink Floyd, Tame Impala, Pond and The Doors they give their own sound to their songs, exploding into a mix of krautrock, blues, psychedelica and even funk.
