In Fall 2020, Dead Meadow convened at Camp Mozumdar, hidden away in the mountains above Los Angeles, to record their Levitation Session at The Pillars of God.
The film captures a full performance from the legendary trio, with all original members -- Steve Kille (bass), Mark Laughlin (drums) and Jason Simon (guitar/vocals). The three rip through tracks across their discography in front of the monumental structure, part of a sprawling complex built by A.K. Mozumdar and his followers in the mid 20th century in the mountains of Crestline, California as a place of worship for people of all faiths.
